Sit and Go’s-Make a Stable Income Online

Saturday, November 22nd, 2008

Playing poker online is a great way to make a stable income and quit your day job if you know how to play right. Most people will deposit $50.00 and just jump immediately into a cash game. Within a few minutes, they will lose all their money on a horrible beat. Sound like a familiar story? Well… it’s a familiar story for me also until I decided to hang up playing cash games and stick to strictly sit n go’s.

Sit n go’s are by far the best way to make money online. For example, playing on Fulltilt Poker or Poker Stars you will find yourself sitting at a poker table with all new players’s to the online community. These players are ready for you to take their money. Let me give you the best poker tip. When playing online poker tournaments, you must remember that patience at the beginning is the key to success. If you are new to sit n go’s let’s go over the break down for the prize pool:

1st place = 50% of the total overall prize pool

2nd place = 30% of the total overall prize pool

3rd place = 20% of the total overall prize pool

From these numbers, you can tell that winning first place is a must. There is nothing like the feeling of taking down first place over and over again, but before you take down first place you must understand how to get there. The first thing you must do is have patience in a 9 seater sit n go. On average the first 20 hands will be folded. By folding the first 20 hands, poker maniacs will be knocked out of the picture also. A maniac is a poker player that does not care about their money; they will push all in no matter with any poker hand just because they feel lucky. After the first 20 hands you fold it should be down to around 6 players. Now it is time for you to shine. You need to step up your game and when there is 4 players left your game needs to switch to aggressive. You can’t sit there and play loose with 4 players left trying to hold off for 3rd place.

You must remember that winning third place is just like 1 first place victory. It is extremely important to take down as many blinds as you can in order to secure first place. The key to this is to play aggressive with 4 left. During this time many poker players will fold anything and everything just to make it into the money. You need to take advantage of these scardy cats. Playing aggressive is the best thing possible during this time. I guarantee using this poker tip, you will see a huge increase in profits. My poker ebooks will tell you to play tight throughout the whole tournament…my friend, they are WRONG!! The only way to truly make a profit playing online sit and go’s is to play aggressive with 4 left.

Winning Sports Picks – Who You Should Follow

Friday, November 21st, 2008

March madness brackets are quickly approaching us. 64 teams there has to be 1 winner! Will you pick the correct winner? Are you prepared to choose Cinderella teams when you pick your NCAA mens basketball tournament predictions?

Winning sports picks are a must, definitely if you decide to quit your job and place wagers on sports for a living. There is no better feeling than quitting your 9-5 day job, buying a house, a new car, and putting money away in your savings account thanks to sports betting online. There is a new revolution that’s hitting the streets today, its called sports picks online! No more bookies, no more trips to Las Vegas needed, no more embarrassment from your friends and family for betting sports picks. You can pretty much do anything today from the comfort of your own home, and betting on sports is one of them. NCAA odds, college basketball odds, and college basketball favorites to win are challenging but definitely something that you can put in your favor.

When you normally bet on sports if you do a straight wager, you have a 50/50 shot of winning. You either win or you don’t. That is a 50/50 shot of winning DOING NO research on your wager. Now let’s say you know sports well, inside and out, and you place your own bets. You can put the NCAA odds or whatever sport you want to bet on definitely in your favor. Your odds of winning may go from 50/50 to 56-60/50. You may win now 55 to 60% of the time and only lose 40%. Now depending on how much you bet on each game, this could be extremely profitable. If you want to increase your odds of winning to 85% or better, I suggest you hire a professional handicapper.

Professional handicappers can be a great source of income following their picks when betting on sports. What you need to look for in a professional handicapper is one that has an 80% or better winning percentage and has an affordable price. The best ones that I have found have an 80% or better winning percentage guaranteed, a low one time monthly fee, and a refund if you do not make profit for the month. You absolutely cannot beat that. If you currently are using a professional handicapper that does not meet these requirements and standards, you seriously need to reevaluate where you are spending your money.

For $50.00 or less a month I am now able to have a conversion rate of at least 80% or better on all sports picks. I have been using a professional handicapper for over 6 months and I have never had to get a refund. I have increased my profits by over 30%, when I was betting on my own and it is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I got a new car, new house, quit my day job, and a huge savings account. All thanks to a professional handicapper providing me with winning sports picks on a constant basis.

10 Common Misconceptions About Poker

Friday, November 21st, 2008

If you play poker regularly, and you understand the game exactly as it is, you probably know that there are misconceptions among people with no direct experience. You’ve probably heard many of these erroneous viewpoints. If you are like me, you spend a fair amount of time explaining to uninformed people precisely what the game is and what it is not. For the benefit of all, this article will clear up some of the more common misconceptions.

Conversely, if you never play poker, and your entire experience of the game is what you read in print and see in movies, you probably have many wrong ideas. That is to be expected. Please, allow me to enlighten you on a few points.

1. Poker is not casual. Many people think of the game as a mellow social pastime, where friends sit around drinking, laughing and whooping it up. In fact, there is nothing friendly about poker. You can be cordial with others at your table (and you should be), but the game itself is vicious. Played properly, it is a form of warfare. It is an aggressive battle for domination. I think of poker as “violence, without the violence.”

2. A poker face is not the main requirement to play. I cannot tell you how often I hear this misconception. Nearly every time I mention poker to someone whose only exposure to the game is the media, I hear some lame comment like, “Oh, you must have a good poker face.” No, a poker face, a steely-eyed gaze, is not the essence of skillful play. True, you do not want to be sending tells to your opponents, but the so-called poker face is widely misunderstood. The ability to create a poker face does not make you a good player. Consider this: When you play on the Internet, everyone has a poker face.

3. Winning at poker is not easy. Blame television for this one. You generally see only the winners on television. Those who win get the most exposure and are most often featured. The final table in a tournament, for example, is comprised solely of players who are winners. Very little attention is paid to those who lose, say nothing of the vast majority who bust out of tournaments without fanfare. Playing well takes a huge amount of study, discipline and practice. Succeeding at the game is far from automatic.

4. Women can play. The idea that poker is exclusively a man’s game is another falsehood. Years ago, many well-known authors wrote that women do not have the killer instinct necessary to play well. Time has proven that theory wrong. Nowadays, women compete at every level, and plenty of skilled women win in cash games and tournaments. The idea that poker is a man’s game is laughable these days, and I wouldn’t have included it among common misconceptions were it not for the fact that many still believe it.

5. Poker is not a game of mathematics. In blackjack, for example, you always have one best move at any moment. Your task is to determine what that move is. If you have 13 and the dealer is showing an ace, then you should hit. That is always true, no matter who is seated at the table or what they are doing. Poker is different. You must take other players into account, and the mathematically preferable move may not be wise. Top caliber players often debate what is the best move in a particular situation. Poker cannot be reduced to mathematics because there are too many human factors.

6. Poker is a not game of luck. This is perhaps the most common misconception, and it is dead wrong. Luck averages out. Over time, all players receive the same percentage of good hands and bad hands. The difference is what players do with those hands. A good player will maximize the amount won with good hands and minimize the amount lost with bad hands. The key element that separates winners from losers, over time, is not the cards dealt, but the decisions made. Stu Unger, three-time World Series of Poker champion, put it this way: “In cards, the luck always balances out. The good players are going to win. Any player that thinks card playing is a game of luck, I’ll show you a fool. That’s what the losers always say. The winners don’t worry about the short term; we play for the long term.”

7. Cheating is not rampant. The prevalence of cheating is another incorrect impression held by many. In private backroom games, cheating does happen occasionally. But in modern casino cardrooms and high-profile tournaments, where most of today’s professionals play, cheating is virtually nonexistent. (Online, however, is a different story. It is possible to cheat when playing on the Internet, due to the nature of the technology.) Although cheating is technically possible in some situations, and it does happen, it is not nearly the factor that many people suppose. If you are hesitant to play poker out of fear of being cheated, you are overreacting.

8. Poker is not an addiction. No matter what the media would have you believe, the vast majority of poker enthusiasts play because they enjoy the game, not because they are hooked in some way. Sure, a tiny percentage of players do struggle with addiction, but they are people with an addictive personality, whether or not they play poker. We should not blame poker for someone’s compulsive behavior any more than we should blame sex for someone being a rapist.

9. Poker is not sleazy. There is nothing even remotely “underbelly” about this beautiful game. A great many good and decent folks play for a wide variety of reasons, such as fun, challenge and personal betterment. Poker highlights the best of human interaction and calls into play the most honorable of human qualities, such as courage, sound reasoning and self-control. The game is a wonderful way to build character.

10. Poker is not illegal. Most people with a functioning brain do not actually believe this, but the forces of misguided morality want you to think that the game is against the law. It is not. Poker is not associated with crime in any way. Nor is it controlled by the mob. Not is it dangerous. You do not need to be on the lookout for gangsters. Or gunplay. No, you do not need to carry a sidearm and shoot your way out of the casino to protect your loot. You’ve been watching too many movies.

These are a few common misconceptions held by many in the public. If you encounter people with these ideas, please set them straight. But be understanding; it’s not their fault that they hold these incorrect viewpoints, which are passed off as fact everywhere in today’s media. It rests with us, intelligent members of the poker-playing community, to spread the truth regarding the magnificent game of poker.

College Football Betting Cues

Thursday, November 20th, 2008

A number of dicey factors, including the disparity between the nation’s finest teams and those that still have struggling programs, the massive turnover of personnel each year, and the absurdly large number of teams involved, conspire to make college football betting far more difficult than its NFL counterpart.

With the college gridiron campaign currently in full swing, bettors would be wise to join experienced bookmakers in analyzing these three key factors:

The Gap Factor: The difference between upper echelon teams and middle to bottom teams can be enormous in college football betting. When you have that situation, certain oddsmaking criteria go out the window. For example, when you have an Ohio State or a USC on the road, the talent level versus an Indiana or an Arizona is going to be so wide that it will negate any home field advantage those teams may have. Of course, that goes for other college super powers such as a Florida or a Texas.

So, although most books use Power Ratings as a place to begin the pointspread making process, they’re not nearly as reliable as they are for the NFL. For example, when Texas opened the season with a sparring partner in North Texas State, it was difficult to know what the right number was. Most books settled on 42 with the knowledge that the final score would depend on the mercy of the Long Horns. Alas, Texas showed little sympathy for its overwhelmed opponent, crushing North Texas State, 56-7 for the cover.

Given the above example–Louisville (-40) versus Temple, Sept. 9 was another–typically, bookmakers often add a touchdown or so to the raw numbers. Conversely, if you’re using pure Power Ratings, they can be skewed if you’re looking at scores such as 56-0, 62-0 and 72-7 heading into conference play. That’s a different level.

The People Factor: From year to year you have a much greater turnover of personnel in the college game than you do in the NFL. That means there’s a sharper learning curve each year for the colleges. You might get every bit of information about a team for two months but then every thought and every projection you had for that team could change after the first game. New players really can’t be judged until bet takers see them in a game. Admittedly, the college football betting public is in the same boat.

So even though responsible bookmakers put in an incredible amount of work during the summer to get a feel for the college teams, they never know if their assessments are valid until the teams start playing.

The Numbers Factor: There’s no doubt that it’s easier to keep tabs on 32 NFL teams than it is to keep track of over 100 college squads. The NFL is all there for you, on television every weekend. In college football betting, the big games are there but most bet house personnel aren’t going to see a lot of Wyoming or Louisiana Tech on the tube. As oddsmakers, they need to be right on every game. The bettor only has to be right on a few games each week to be successful. Obviously, from the perspective of the bookmakers, it’s a lot more dangerous posting numbers on 50 college games than it is on 16 NFL games.

There are a number of other differences between the collegiate gridiron game and its NFL cousin.

For one, in general, bettors are far more willing to lay big numbers in college than they are in the NFL. It’s just the nature of the non-professional gambler to lay it rather than take it. Or as one prominent bookmaker pointed out, “You have to give them a minus or they don’t know which side to take. When in doubt, they go with the favorite.”

Scheduling also is more of a consideration in college football betting because the players lack maturity and are more susceptible to the emotional high of playing a rival, not to mention the letdown often associated with games preceding or following one of those contests.

Another thing to watch is the emergence of a betting glamour team. It’s a team that gets hot early and captures the imagination of the college football betting public. LSU did that when it went 11-2 against the spread in 2003. Auburn was the hot team a year before that. Bookmakers are aware of these teams and are constantly adjusting the numbers, but until that team loses a couple of times, the public bets them every week.

Make Sure You Take That Gambling Vacation

Wednesday, November 19th, 2008

Until not many years ago, I used to reside just a short two-hour drive away from Las Vegas. It was no big deal for me to hop in my vehicle on the weekends and hit the Strip for a little while. I was able to gamble at whatever time I required, and I admit that I became a tad spoiled in that respect. After all, there’s not anything like being able to play blackjack, craps, poker, or slots anytime the urge strikes! On one occasion I moved away, though, my weekend casino trips were no longer an option. As an alternative, I had to plan an all-out gambling vacation every time I required some action.

Being capable to play my beloved casino games simply while on a proper gambling vacation clearly has its disadvantages. For one thing, it meant that I could simply gamble once or twice a year while I had been doing it virtually every weekend before. For another thing, having to take a gambling vacation meant that I had to squander money on an airplane ticket, also on a rental car, and a hotel room. This was money that I couldn’t use to stake at the tables, so my funding was vastly reduced right off the bat.

But I have to confess that gambling vacations have some really good advantages too. For instance, I noticed that I’ve turned out to be a much more careful and intelligent gambler. When I’m on a gambling vacation, I tend to be inclined to make smarter playing decisions for the reason that I need my bankroll to keep going for the duration of my trip and since I know it could be a long time before I come back to the tables once more. Another advantage is that many travel agencies now offer great deals to top casino destinations across the country and around the globe. One of the better ones is Make Your Bet also TWA and American Airlines are now offering really good vacation packages.

Not merely do they offer package discounts to some of the most excellent hotels and resorts, but many times they also add a number of casino chips or other comps to each gambling vacation they sell. This means that I end up saving cash in two various ways and can take pleasure in my gambling vacation devoid of spending too much up front, which I always find extremely nice.

If it’s been a long time since you’ve experienced the thrill of having a large bet on the line, then I really do recommend taking a gambling vacation quickly. You can make your way too many top casino destinations for a lot less money than you think, which means you’ll have loads of money left over to wager on all your much loved games. So if you love the roll of the dice or the shuffle of the cards or the spin of that roulette wheel, get yourself to Vegas or somewhere similar but whatever happens make sure you check out a gambling vacation package today!

Learn to Play Craps – Tips and Strategies: Calculating the House Advantage

Tuesday, November 18th, 2008

Contrary to what you probably read in books and other Internet articles, craps is designed for the casino to win and the player to lose. Over time, the player always loses. The fact is, no matter what bets you combine and betting patterns you apply, you can’t overcome the house advantage. No hedge-bet method (i.e., combination of bet types and bet amounts) will ever change the negative expectation to result in a player advantage. The best you can hope for is to minimize the house advantage and maximize your fun. The knowledgeable player knows he’s supposed to lose, so he plays for fun and excitement. He hopes, but doesn’t expect to win. The secret is to find the optimal mix of variables that allows you to walk away with something left in your pocket and be happy that you didn’t lose it all. The secret allows you to play longer, lose less, and leave in a good mood. You might even leave a winner, making your gambling vacation even sweeter.

Let’s take a basic look at how the casino gets its advantage over the player. When you understand the math and the fact that casinos pay less-than-true odds, you’ll understand why you can’t beat the casino over the long haul. The following simple comparison between two bet types demonstrates two fundamentals that the player must fully understand before putting money on the table. Let’s look at the Place 6 bet and the Big 6 bet.

With these two bets, we bet the number 6 against the number 7. Knowing there are 36 possible two-dice combinations, let’s assume we experience a “perfect distribution” where, in 36 rolls, the number 6 appears five times and the number 7 appears six times. When betting the 6 against the 7 over 36 rolls, we make a total of 11 bets (i.e., we win five times when the 6 appears and we lose six times when the 7 appears; therefore, 5 + 6 = 11). It’s important to understand that the casino takes a set percentage out of every possible bet (except the free Odds bet). So, instead of true odds, they stick it to the player by paying casino odds, which are less-than-true. Given these basic assumptions, let’s look closer at the Place 6 and the Big 6.

The Place 6: To get the full Place odds (i.e., casino odds of 7:6, which are less than the true odds of 6:5), assume we bet $6 on each of the 11 bets. (The 7:6 odds means for each $6 bet that we win, we win $7.) Therefore, our total bet investment is $66 (i.e., 11 bets x $6 per bet = $66). We win five bets when the 6 appears; therefore, we win $35 (i.e., 5 x $7 = $35). We lose six bets when the 7 appears; therefore, we lose $36 (6 x $6 = $36). By winning $35 and losing $36, our net loss is $1. We determine the house advantage by dividing our $1 net loss by our $66 total investment, which results in a 1.52% house advantage (i.e., 1 / 66 = 0.01515, which equals 1.52%). A 1.52% house advantage means we can expect to lose an average of about $0.15 for every $10 that we bet.

The Big 6: This is an even-money bet (i.e., casino odds of 1:1), which means if we bet $6 and win, we win $6. Like the Place 6, our total bet investment is $66 over a 36-roll perfect distribution (i.e., 11 x $6 = $66). We win five bets when the 6 appears; therefore, we win $30 (i.e., 5 x $6 = $30). We lose six bets when the 7 appears; therefore we lose $36 (i.e., 6 x $6 = $36). By winning $30 and losing $36, our net loss is $6. We determine the house advantage by dividing our $6 net loss by our $66 total investment, which results in a whopping 9.09% house advantage (i.e., 6 / 66 = 0.0909, which equals 9.09%). A 9.09% house advantage means we can expect to lose an average of about $0.90 for every $10 that we bet.

Although each bet is the same amount (i.e., $6), which do you think is the good bet and which do you think is the stupid bet in terms of the player? Yes, very good! See how easy this is? (Don’t fear the math.) The $6 Place 6 is a much smarter bet, in terms of the player, than the Big 6. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather lose an average of only $0.15 for every $10 bet than an average of $0.90 per $10 bet. Wouldn’t you? This simple example clearly demonstrates two fundamentals the player must fully understand: 1) Over time, the player cannot conquer the house advantage and beat the casino, and 2) Certain bets are better than others in terms of the player because of their lower house advantage.

If the casino has a built-in house advantage that no one can beat over time, why do knowledgeable players bother playing? If we’re all doomed to lose, why play? Two reasons: 1) The incredible fun and excitement we experience at a craps table, and 2) The phenomenon called “distribution variance.” We rarely experience a perfect distribution in the relatively short time that we play because variance sneaks into the equation. Understanding variance and how to use it to your advantage is a prerequisite to learning the secret to craps. As my dad used to say, “Knowledge is money. And more knowledge is more money.”

Now you know!

Why Should You Become A Poker Affiliate?

Thursday, November 13th, 2008

One reason that you should become a poker affiliate is that you should be able to make money. Every time somebody that you referred to goes to the website, you should get profits as high as 25 to 35 percent. As long as the person is alive, you will get money when they play on the website. The referred people also get special bonuses that are not available to the general public. It is not only you who makes money, but the referred people as well. It seems a good situation for the people involved.

You may think that it is good to be true, but it is not. For one thing, affiliate marketing is not a new idea. Big corporations like Amazon, Barnes and Netflix have used affiliate programming to expand their businesses and they have not been accused of misleading the public.

You might not want to become a poker affiliate because you think the sign-up process is a hassle. It is actually very easy. You should be able to get through the signing process in five minutes. It goes so fast since all you have to do is provide your name and contact information. They also tell you how you will get paid. They will not ask very personal, sensitive information like your birth date, social security number or credit numbers.

You might think that you cannot become a poker affiliate because you don’t have a website. It is not necessary for you to have a website to promote online poker. Poker affiliate programs give you a bonus code so you can give that bonus code to other people. You tell this bonus code to other people. When these people go on the website and use your bonus code, they will be credited to you as people that you referred. These new players should not forget their bonus codes as they will get bonuses for using the bonus codes. These affiliate poker programs make sure that you are credited and that you will get the money for your work.

Smart Rookie Poker Player

Tuesday, November 11th, 2008

Trying to have some luck on a casino table is not just mere sitting on comfortable chair watching the cards to be laid down. There are rules to be followed and strategies for a sure win. A veteran poker player knew all about these. And they maximize their strategies to take advantage of the rookie players.

The veterans or masters of that field could easily spot a new comer in that particular field. In a casino table, a poker newbie is not exempted. A veteran poker player could easily determine a poker newbie. Watch out, they will dig every single penny in your pocket.

There are techniques for us to disguise and go along with these master-poker players undetermined.

Be observant

An example mistake a rookie commits is the string betting – a player call a bet and then make a raise. Then followed by familiar action indicating that you are a rookie player. These actions will then use by the matured poker player to take advantage of you during the game. Within the thoughts of this seasoned poker player, he/she is laughing at you and the same time, use some strategies unfamiliar to you through out the game.

The traditional pattern in calling a bet – announce that you are going to raise first before pushing your bet, anticipating the possible raise your opponent might call. Chain reactions will occur. Chances are, you will not be treated as rookie poker player.

Control Your Emotions

A seasoned poker player will determine if your card standing is good or not. By way of body language, through emotions and facial expressions you are showing, a seasoned poker player will know if you will raise a bet or not. This is a disadvantage on your part and an advantage on your opponent.

Incidentally, a rookie poker player will manifest a familiar facial expression on the first time he looks on his cards. The expression that will manifest on your face will show, telling to your opponent if you have good or not good enough cards to bet on.

Furthermore, the first time you look at your cards and you become happy, it shows that you have nice cards to compete within that round, but if you frown and displeased, it shows that you don’t have good cards to play. In addition, you are announcing the status of your cards.

Every veteran on the table can pick a hint on your actions. These actions will be used against you. Even the smallest action of the hand will manifest during the game expressing something, giving additional hints about your cards whether they are competitive or not.

These seasoned poker players knew everything within or around the table. A manifestation of a simple hint of advantage will be of great deal to them. In fact, they are patient in waiting for these hints. Furthermore, they knew every player they had competed before and also remember some anecdotes that had been shown during the game.

Unless you go to casinos just to divert your attention from stressful weekdays, and have some fun and you have lots money to bet on. But every poker player wants to win the game so as persons going to casino, to have some luck.

Every person who succeeded in his or her chosen endeavor had worked hard for it. They exerted extraordinary effort and sacrifices. In the poker game, the word lucky is always mentioned because the luck depends on the cards you receive, yet there are strategies for us to win the game.

You, as poker rookie should remember the ROI (return of investment) that being new in the game, you will loose on the first, second or even on the following game. The same scenario, its just like you are investing on it. On the following games, you will surely win because you’ve learned already the proper protocol of the game.

Although these things don’t assure the possibility that you will loss or win the game, the best thing to do in a first-time situation is to take precaution. Every opponent is looking a point for him to take advantage of the other. Be smart and be the first to find that hole.

How to play QQ in NL Holdem

Sunday, November 9th, 2008

While there is no argument that QQ is one of the most powerful starting hands in no limit Texas holdem, it also can be challenging to play correctly. The trademark of a good player is one who can win big pots while losing small ones. What this means is that the best players minimize their losses when they do lose a hand and maximize their profit when they win. QQ is one of the starting hands that separate the winning players and the losing ones.

When you are first to act or the first player who hasn’t limped into the pot, you should raise most of the time. There are two reasons for this. The first is you don’t want anyone to see the flop for cheap, especially hands with an Ace and small kicker. The second reason is that you need to do everything you can to find the strength of your opponents hands. By raising, if one of your opponents re-raises and/or moves all in, you will have a difficult decision to make, but you may be able to get away from the hand if you think your opponent has AA or KK. This is the absolute worst position to be in. In addition, QQ plays best against one or two opponents. You should keep all of your pre flop raises roughly the same to not give away the strength of your hand, usually three or four times the big blind.

Playing QQ after the flop is usually straightforward. If you have shown strength by raising pre flop, continue to show strength until one of your opponents convinces you that they have a better hand. This includes when an Ace hits on the flop. You must bet to represent an Ace in your hand. If you check, you are giving your opponents permission to steal the pot from you, as you will have to fold to a bet. When you bet and an opponent calls or raises, you then must decide if they actually have a better hand or not. In most cases they will have a better hand because you have shown strength two times and they should respect your hand, unless you have been playing too loose.

There are a few situations in which I will check after the flop. They both happen when I am in the hand with an aggressive opponent and I feel I have the best hand. The first is when a Queen hits on the flop giving me trips. By checking, rarely will a free card hurt me if my opponent doesn’t bet and this gives them a chance to bluff off more chips to me. The other situation is when the flop doesn’t have an Ace and appears ragged. My plan when this happens is to move all in when my opponent bets after I check. There is danger in both of these situations, especially the later one. Your opponent may have hit a set, in which case you will be drawing almost dead. However, I have found that the times they can’t beat my hand far outweigh the times they can, so these situations are profitable. The key to both of these is that you must be sure your opponent will take the bait and bet. Giving free cards can be harmful. I do not do this when two cards of the same suit are on the flop unless I did flop a set. When you flop a set, you have many outs to a full house, even against a flush. The other thing is that these plays do not work very well against the best competition. They will respect your hand and will be less likely to bluff at the pot after you check unless you do a great job of acting weak. After showing pre flop strength, this is often difficult.

Winning with Online Slots

Friday, November 7th, 2008

Have you ever wondered if winning at online casino slots was possible? Is there actually a system that will allow me to maximize my chance of hitting the big one or at least making money?

The answer to both of the questions above are YES!

Of course winning while playing slots online is possible, in fact the odds of winning while playing online are much better then in a land based casino. The trick is to quit while your ahead rather then playing it all back.

Playing slots on the internet needs a very strict plan of action, its far to easy to lose all your money back because you have already purchased in the form of “credits” , credits just like credit cards make people spend more! Have you ever gone out shopping and made a larger purchase then you should have because you had that credit card in your wallet or purse? Same thing goes for slots at online casinos, credits are easy to spend so you must be very discipline and remember those credits are as good as cash!

Now is there actually a system for winning slots online? You Bet

Here is what works for me time and time again. Make your deposit and head for the “Video Slots”, starting with the first video slot machine play 5 spins at what ever domination you have decided, keeping in mind you have to play this system with equal dominations for it to work!

Now, play all the way through the video slots including the progressive video slot machines, then go to the 5-line slots and take 5 spins at Break the Bank, now you’ve completed phase one. You have now nicely increased your bankroll or are slightly down, I’m willing to bet you will have considerably increased your bankroll.

If your bankroll has increased, go back to the video slots and play every machine that You Did Not receive the bonus round and play it till you do, once completed cash out, you’ve just increased your bankroll by at least 5 times! Congratulations.

If after the first go around you were down a few dollars, play the second round like the first, then follow step two.

It is as easy as that folks, just remember Discipline
